Summary The SA Chapter of RMIA is pleased to invite you to our risk management event about behavioural economics.

The SA Chapter of RMIA is pleased to invite you to our risk management event about behavioural economics.

Our role in risk management is supporting our organisations to manage the risks they face.

Understanding the principles of behavioural economics can help us to reframe the things we say and write – inside our organisations as well with our customers – to ensure the messages we send are consistent with the actions or behaviour we want to see.

Come to this RMIA event and hear the latest about how to use behavioural economics to influence our language.

To celebrate International Translation Day (Saturday 30 September 2017), we are holding a workshop to discuss how behavioural economics can be used to improve the management of risks in our business. Behavioural economics shows us how language and communications can influence behaviour - how our words, written and verbal, can make a difference.
