The 2018 Council Next Practice Showcase and LGA Ordinary General Meeting will be held at the Adelaide Town Hall on 12 & 13 April. The Showcase Networking Dinner will be held on 12 April at the Intercontinental Hotel.
This event is an opportunity for SA councils to share and demonstrate their projects and services with their peers/fellow councils. The LGA is inviting councils or any local government related organisations to submit a case studies or service to showcase at this event via the link below. Councils can either submit a project/service to be displayed in the exhibition area of the showcase and/or as a presentation as part of the program.
We are interested in any project or service examples, but in particular any which have involved efficiencies either as savings from reform of an existing service or enhanced outcomes from similar resource investment.
Online submissions will close on Thursday 25 January 2018.
Presentations are a short summary (20 minutes) followed by questions.
