Wellbeing SA is a new SA Health agency that will lead innovative system change to embed prevention across the life course and disease continuum, to improve physical, mental and social wellbeing and reduce the preventable burden of disease.
Over the coming months, the Wellbeing SA Strategic Plan will be developed through a process of stakeholder engagement and consultation. As priority stakeholders, senior local government staff are invited to attend an upcoming consultation workshop.
The workshop provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of the Wellbeing SA Strategic Plan by providing input about your aspirations for Wellbeing SA over the next 5 years, as well as the strategic priorities and enablers.
The consultation workshop will be held on:
October 2019 from 9-12noon at Adelaide Pavilion (Veale Gardens cnr South Terrace & Peacock Road).
SA Health are seeking 5 senior local government staff to attend the consultation workshop.
Please express an interest in attending by emailing Health.WellbeingSA@sa.gov.au by Wednesday 18th September 2019.
The session will be led by an external facilitator and a session outline with consultation questions will be provided to workshop participants prior to the session.
