The State's Councils have joined forces to launch the SA Council Maps website, a local online mapping service that allows residents to search for properties and locations of interest within a local government context. Find out where your nearest libraries, schools, parks and playgrounds are, when your waste is collected, how you can get from one location to another via walking, car or public transport, property information and much more.

In SA there are 68 Councils created under the Local Government Act 1999, five outback Aboriginal communities and the Outback Areas Community Development Trust. Information about all of these bodies can be found by clicking on the relevant part of the maps above or for an alphabetical list of the Councils listed, click here.
