Oracle Customer Management Solutions (Oracle CMS) have extensive experience and a proven track record in providing a comprehensive range of customer contact services to local and state government entities as well as private sector companies. An Australian owned company based in Melbourne, Oracle CMS also has a presence in Adelaide, SA bringing with them a local economic benefit to our community.
Oracle CMS service provision options include:
- After hours call handling;
- Business hours overflow and service disruption call handling;
- Lone worker monitoring; and/or
- Digital contact – email, social media and internet chat.
Councils are able to purchase one or more of the above services through the LGA Procurement arrangement.
