 Logo Oracle Customer Management Solutions (Oracle CMS) have extensive experience and a proven track record in providing a comprehensive range of customer contact services to local and state government entities as well as private sector companies.  An Australian owned company based in Melbourne, Oracle CMS also has a presence in Adelaide, SA bringing with them a local economic benefit to our community.

Councils are able to purchase one or more of the below services through this arrangement. 

Core Services – Voice Based – Telephone – inbound and outbound (assisted)

  • After hours call handling;
  • Business hours overflow and service disruption call handling; and/or
  • Lone worker monitoring.

Optional Extra Services – Digital Contact (assisted)

  • Email;
  • Social media/ and or
  • Internet chat.

One off campaign/project services – Voice based/digital contact (assisted)

  • Call handling;
  • Email;
  • Social media; and/or
  • Internet chat.
