LGA Executive Committee

The LGA Executive Commitee is charged with carrying out tasks assigned to it by the LGA Board, and considers issues between LGA Board Meetings.

The committee (formerly titled Management Group) - comprises the President, the Immediate Past President, 4 Vice Presidents and the Chief Executive Officer Ex officio status (no voting rights). 

The Executive Committee normally meets on the third Thursday of every second month (alternative month to the LGA Board).  Meetings commence at 12noon and normally conclude at approximately 2.30pm (a light lunch is included).  Meetings are held at Local Government House, 148 Frome Street, Adelaide, unless otherwise advised.
