South Australian Procurement Exchange

I am excited to be finalising the details of our initiative, SA Procurement Exchange.

SA Procurement Exchange believes that shared knowledge, experiences, innovative thinking and best practice are central to achieving great outcomes for councils and their ratepayers.

SAPEX aims to bring together CEO’s, senior managers and those with procurement, purchasing and contract management responsibilities recognizing the diversity of such arrangements across the SA local government sector and is wholly hosted and funded by LGA Procurement for the benefit of everyone in the sector.

 The primary focus of SA Procurement Exchange is on:

  • identifying, understanding and connecting best-practice outcomes
  • knowledge and information sharing
  • networking and fellowship
  • enhancing the procurement capacity of the sector
  • collaboration across boundaries
