The Department for Planning, Infrastructure and Transport (DPTI) current maintenance arrangement for council-owned traffic signals, pedestrian, school and wombat crossings will cease from 1 November 2020.
SAGE and LGA Procurement recently presented SAGE’s proposed maintenance solution via a webinar on Thursday 13 August (webinar is available for members to view here).
This proposal will use the existing currently maintained asset data provided by DPTI. SAGE can discuss with you and your council further options to ensure that your traffic assets are being serviced according to Australian Standards.
Please register your councils interest by emailing LGA Procurement COB Wednesday 26 August. Once an email has been received, SAGE will provide an individual maintenance solution proposal to each council.
