This managed contract of Planning Consultants provides local government entities in South Australia support to process development assessments anticipated with the Federal Governments Home Builder Program.
The arrangement will primarily cover planning services to support councils in the delivery of the Federal Governments Home Builder Program but may cover other relevant services identified and requested by councils.

- direct engagement - councils MUST quote the LGA Procurement contract number LGAP 21007 to be protected by the terms and conditions under this agreement
