This managed contract is a joint arrangement between LGA Procurement, Municipal Association of Victoria and the Local Government Association of Tasmania.

The purpose of this managed contract is to utilise the purchasing power of the 3 states to establish a panel of preferred suppliers to obtain better value for money, including freight considerations, lead-time and use of local suppliers where possible, to meet the requirement by Councils for a local economic benefit to the regions.
