How to become a Preferred supplier

LGA Procurement periodically establishes and renews preferred supplier managed contracts. These contracts cover specific areas of supply - such as motor vehicles, ICT services and fuel.

Panels are established via an open tender process allowing interested businesses to provide submissions for evaluation. Only those businesses which meet the requirements of the tender will be offered a contract and become an LGA Procurement preferred supplier.

All tenders are advertised via the SA Tenders and Contracts website.

If your business currently supplies services to local government outside of an established LGA Procurement preferred supplier panel, please contact LGA Procurement to discuss your options.
