The Web Solutions Team at the LGA have worked with Councils to deliver a complete refactor of the Report It feature of the My Local Services App. This upgrade delivers a wizard style approach to lodging a report and allows the user to attach multiple photos to their report.
In addidition the emailing engine that routes these reports to the council has also been upgraded to not require the user's email App.
Included in this upgrade are a number of bug fixes and enhancements to the web services that are available to councils making the My Local Services App more readily able to be integrated into your CRM.
This upgrade has now been released to the Google Play and App Store.
