Board Meetings are held quarterly and rotated between the member councils of the region.

2027 Meeting Schedule:
Friday, 26 February 2027, Alexandrina Council
Remaining 2027 Board meetings will be scheduled following the April 2027 Council Elections.
Submitting Items of Business:
Member Councils may submit items for consideration by the SHLGA Board using the submission form below. Councils should review the Items of Business Guidelines prior to submitting to ensure the proposed item meets the eligibility criteria and demonstrates regional relevance. Submissions must be endorsed by the relevant council and provided to the SHLGA Executive Officer at least 21 days prior to the scheduled Board meeting.
