Wellbeing Hubs in SA

The Wellbeing Hub model provides an approach of working collaboratively to improve the physical, social and mental wellbeing of communities. This is done through the implementation of a range of plans, policies and initiatives, targeted at priority groups.

The Wellbeing Hub model is flexible and is one way that councils can take action to support the health and wellbeing of their local communities.

See the Wellbeing Hubs that have been established in SA.
