Current consultations
One of the key functions of the LGA is to provide opportunities for member councils to contribute to the development of its advocacy priorities, work programs and policy positions.
South Australian councils vary greatly in size and resourcing, and represent diverse communities. It is essential that the LGA is aware of the views and experiences of all SA councils in order to effectively represent its members.
This page lists current consultation processes on which the LGA is seeking council submissions or feedback. Where possible, councils are encouraged to include relevant data and examples, to best support the development of evidence-based policy positions.
