Councils are requested to refer all notifications and enquiries about defects, potholes, debris, damaged stormwater lids, or overhanging tree branches on state-maintained roads directly to the Traffic Management Centre.

The Traffic Management Centre accepts notifications and enquiries from councils and community members alike.
While state-maintained roads are maintained by maintenance contractors, community members should be advised to contact the Traffic Management Centre directly.
Please ensure your council’s Customer Service staff have the above information to enable them to direct callers to the Traffic Management Centre as required.
