Councils are invited to provide feedback on the proposed draft Environment Protection (Commercial and Industrial Noise) Policy 2022. This is to replace the existing Environment Protection (Noise) Policy 2007.

EPA information sessions

The EPA are holding three information sessions.

You are invited to attend one session to inform your feedback on the draft policy.

The three sessions will be held:

• 10:30am – 12:00pm Thursday 6 October: Online (MS Teams)
• 2:00pm – 3:30pm Thursday 13 October: In Person, EPA Offices, Level 2, 211 Victoria Square, Adelaide
• 2:00pm – 3:30pm Tuesday 18 October: Online (MS Teams)

LGA response

The LGA is considering developing a response to the EPA on the draft policy. If you have any comments or feedback to contribute to the LGA submission, please send them Brianna McGee by COB Friday 11 November 2022.

Comments do not need to be overly formal and dot points are welcome.
