Information session on road data and the Black Spot Program
Councils are invited to hear from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, who will cover how they are changing their method for sharing road crash information and improving council’s online access to road safety data.
They will also provide information about the Black Spot Program for the 2023–24 Financial Year and other potential road safety project ideas.
Dr Chris Stokes from the Centre for Automotive Safety Research (CASR) will also discuss the research being undertaken by CASR that may support council programs and funding applications.
The session will also let you share your feedback on your council data needs.
