Give feedback on the Disability Inclusion Act Amendment Bill
Feedback from the consultation has informed a Final Report, which details 50 recommendations relating to legislation, policy and operational changes.
From this, a Disability Inclusion (Review Recommendations) Amendment Bill 2022 has been drafted. This responds to several of the legislative changes proposed in the final report.
The State Government are now seeking feedback on these proposed changes, along with other operational recommendations. These recommendations will be considered as part of the upcoming review of Inclusive SA later this year.
