LGA Delegations Framework updated

The LGA’s Delegations Framework is routinely reviewed on quarterly basis by the LGA’s Legal Connect partners, Norman Waterhouse Lawyers.
This update includes changes arising from the 17 November 2022 commencement of relevant provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Local Government Review) Act 2021.
