Cash advance debenture rate as at 1 July 2024

The Cash Advance Debenture Rate for the 2024 financial year has been announced.

LGA South Australia has been advised by the Local Government Finance Authority that the Cash Advance Debenture Rate (CADR) as of 1 July 2024 is 6.15%.

The rate is to be used by councils for several calculations set out in Chapter 10—Rates and charges of the Local Government Act (Section 181, 182, 182A and 186).
