The LGA’s Delegations Framework including Planning Delegations are routinely reviewed by our Legal Connect partners, Norman Waterhouse Lawyers.
This update relates to the period 1 September 2023 to 31 January 2024. Any updates required to LGA Delegations templates are published on the LGA Delegations Framework webpage (members only).
