New updates for My Local Services app
The newly updated My Local Services app now makes it easier than ever to stay connected with your council.
LGA has teamed up with KWP+Partners to give the My Local Services App a modern makeover, making it easier than ever for councils to connect with their communities.
Councils can now feature spotlight images on the home screen, making it easier to promote local events, community consultations and important local updates.
Whether you're a first-time user or haven't used the app in a while, you’ll find it easier to:
- get bin collection reminders and waste info
- report issues like graffiti or broken streetlights using the ‘Report It’ tool
- browse local events in your area
- receive important updates
- stay up to date with spotlight news from your council
The latest version is now available to download – and is free and easy to use - designed to keep residents connected to their local council.
