Fair Work Order – Road Transport Contractual Chain Orders

The Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act) has very recently been amended by the Fair Work Amendment (Fairer Fuel) Act 2026 (Cth) to enable the Fair Work Commission to make, vary and revoke Road Transport Contractual Chain Orders (RTCCO) in an expedited manner given the current fuel supply and pricing issues.
