Remake of Local Government Financial Management Regulations

As a remaking process, the new regulations contain no substantive policy changes. However, the regulations have been updated to modernise drafting and formatting, and some regulation numbering has been updated.

Revised numbering
Members should be aware of the revised numbering:
- when referencing the regulations
- in any pre-existing documents
- when exercising powers or performing functions under the regulations.
The LGA Delegations Framework will be reviewed as part of the next scheduled update. Until then, councils should be mindful of the revised numbering in any activities being performed.
