LGA Procurement may, as required, undertake Tender Refresh processes at the 12 month anniversary of the contract in each year of the current agreement. This is to enable any new providers to tender under the same terms and conditions as the current providers, (who will all remain on Contract and therefore will not be required to re-apply annually). This will enable update of products and services across the various Categories and Sub-categories and also enable further inclusion of Regional providers from time to time.
Annual Panel Refreshes will be undertaken via SA Tenders & Contracts and will be advertised approximately four (4) months prior to the month stated in the Potential Final Expiry Date e.g. Bitumen & Minor Civil Works' Potential Final Expiry Date is 30/06/2024 – the annual refresh will be advertised on SA Tenders & Contracts in February each year.
